369B Elizabeth - Summer Cottage is located in the same building as Cecilia and Island Cottages. It is the lower-rear cottagey apartment on Elizabeth and Sanchez. It is just around the corner from all the shops and restaurants of 24th Street in popular Noe Valley. It has a separate entrance and is very quiet and secluded. It can sleep up to four guests with a separate bedroom and a spacious living room with a pull-out couch. There is a fully equiped eat-in kitchen and a sunny deck off the living room. There is cable TV, DVD and free wireless network. Around the corner is 24th street, the business boulevard of Noe Valley. You will find bagels, coffee shops, flowers, restaurants and shopping for all your needs. Coffee, and tea are in the Summer cottage kitchen.
RATES:
$175 per night for two, plus tax (14%). $25 per additional person. Plus a one-time $50 cleaning fee. Maid service during your stay is available upon request with 24 hour notice. Going rates will apply.
TRANSPORTATION:
Walk one block to the "J" Church Street Car, or 3 blocks to BART. Public parking is available around the corner on 24th Street.
