Island Cottage is an island-style three room apartment that feels as cozy as a cottage. Swing open the wrought-iron gate on this quaint tree-lined lane and walk into a turn of the century Victorian building. The sitting room with bay windows boasts an old fashioned decorative fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a pull out sofa bed for one. Oak pocket doors separate the sitting room from the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed, and a window that opens to fresh breezes. A bathroom and a charming galley kitchen complete this cottage. The back door in the kitchen leads to a Southern back yard with roses, a lemon tree and several sitting areas. Its a short walk to 24th Street filled with restaurants and shops. The J-Church (public transportation), a block and a half away will connect you to the rest of the Bay Area. There is a public parking lot around the corner on 24th Street.
Rates:
Price is $175 per night, plus tax for two, $200 + tax for three. Plus a one time $50 cleaning and laundry fee.

"J" Church Street Car, and BART within walking distance
BREAKFAST:
Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, juice and cereal.
