SUMMER COTTAGE is housed in a turn of the century Victorian. This charming three-room garden apartment sleeps four. There is a sunny porch off the living room, and a country kitchen with dramatic black and white checkered floors, and an old fashioned hoosier.

RATES:
$150 per night for two nights and two people. Additional guests are $10 per night each. $200 for one night only. Summer Cottage sleeps 4.

This private hideaway comes with a TV, VCR, full kitchen (including coffee), plenty of towels and bedding. The heater and ceiling fans accomodate San Francisco's varied climate.

TRANSPORTATION:
Walk one block to the "J" Church Street Car, or 3 blocks to BART.

Around the corner is 24th street, the business boulevard of Noe Valley.
You will find bagels, coffee shops, flowers, restaurants and shopping for all your needs.
